GENERAL TERMS & USAGE- I have the right to deny a commission request for any reason.- I prohibit the use of my art for any type of AI training, NFTs, any Cryptocurrency, or for hatespeech.- I prohibit the selling of my art. Personal use is allowed, however clients should not be allowed to monetize my art.- Watermarks are hidden in commissioned art pieces as part of the art. Watermarks will not be removed.- Please do credit me when posting your commissioned art.- All commissioned pieces will be posted on my socials. If the client wishes for it to remain private, they may tell me in advance!
===============================PROCESS & REVISION- Client is required to provide reference pictures and ideas for the pose they want.- Client may make any amount of revisions they want DURING THE SKETCH PROCESS. Changes to color and small details are allowed HOWEVER, they are only limited to 2 REVISIONS during the rendering process.
===============================PAYMENT & REFUNDS- ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE CONDUCTED ONLINE.- After the sketch and flat colors, clients must provide a downpayment of 50% before I can proceed with rendering. They may also pay in full if they prefer.- STRICTLY NO REFUNDS WITH NO REASON! I WILL NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS WHEN THE ART IS ALMOST COMPLETE!- FOR LOCAL: I use PAYMAYA in receiving payments however, you can pay using GCASH and others through bank transfers!- FOR INTL. : I only use PAYPAL in receiving payments.
